The Caledonian Business School at GCU re-engineered the Strategic Management class to improve the usefulness, quality, consistency and timeliness of student feedback from a large teaching team so improve engagement and reflection. The re-engineering activities were also used by the module team as a mechanism to facilitate reflection amongst themselves on how they can improve assessment practices.
